You're placed on a team matched to a named venture, not a simulation, not a case study. You'll ship real work, brief a cohort of peers every week, and finish with something concrete to show for it.
You intern with a specific, real startup: something you can list by name on your resume and LinkedIn.
Work alongside teammates in marketing, PM, finance, web development and AI, administrative support, and consulting, and see how they connect.
Every term ends with concrete work product, not a certificate of participation.
Present your progress to the full cohort every week, building the communication and confidence that comes with real accountability.
Present your work at term's end to an audience of founders, peers, and potential future employers.
Stay on with your team for another term, rotate to a new venture, or move toward our venture-consulting track or our college and community program management tracks.

Venture Interns Lab is structured as an experiential internship, not a salaried role. The focus is real deliverables and mentorship rather than compensation. Any stipend or compensation details are confirmed per cohort at matching.
Each term runs 12 weeks with a weekly team commitment plus one cohort-wide briefing. Exact hours vary by role and are set with your project manager at kickoff.

If the venture wants to continue and you'd like to stay, we can roll your team into the next term. Otherwise you can rotate to a new venture or move toward our venture-consulting track or our college and community program management tracks.
